Dental treatment now comes in 3 standard charges.

Band 1- includes exam, x-rays, scale & polish.    £23.80

 

Band 2- includes the above plus fillings, extractions and treatment of gum disease.    £65.20

 

Band 3- includes the above plus any Lab made prosthesis.    £282.80

 

If you are in reciept of the following you will qualify for free treatment

• under 18

• 18 and in full time education

• expectant mother

• nursing mother (child under 1)

• income support

• job seekers allowance (income based only)

• employment support and allowance (income based only)

• pension credit guarantee

• universal credit

• valid tax credit exemption card

• hold a valid Hc2
